How long will it take for me to get my refund/exchange?
Your return/exchange will take up to a week to be completed. However, in busier periods it will take up to 14 days to be processed from the day it is put in the post.
Where was my product made? What is it made of?
We are very proud of our sourcing and fabric innovation here at Credo and a great deal of work goes into choosing our suppliers and making sure we are happy with the quality that we can provide to you, the customer. It’s what we live for and why Credo started in the first place.
There is a problem with my order what should I do?
Thorough checks are made before items leave us, but if you have received your order and there is a fault with any items, either email sales@credo-uk.com or give us a call 07565095461 and we will resolve this for you.
I never received my order, what the heck?!
That's a big bummer, lets figure out why that happened. Please contact our customer service team at sales@credo-uk.com, we'd be happy to help you through it.
Refund Policy:
Please note that it will only be the cost of the item which will be eligible for refund. Shipping and handling cost will not be included in the total refund. Discounts will be taken into consideration and deducted when working out the refund price. You must meet all other relative criteria to be offered a refund.
Not sure about your item & need to return it?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery for full priced items, and within 14 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging.
If you have received an item from CredoUK as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only. Please state this clearly on a note when returning.
Items can’t be returned if:
The item(s) have been bought in a sale. Except if we still have the sale live on our website and we have the size you require. For any other sale item we would not be able to offer any return, exchange or refund.
The Item(s) have exceeded the 30 day return window, from the day of purchase.
The original Proof of purchase is not able to be produced.
The Item(s) are not in stock. In case of this, we can offer a refund or an alternative product which is equal to the price of your original product.
The item(s) do not pass our quality inspection. (If the returned item has damage, visible stains, wear marks, smells of deodorant, aftershave or perfume or has been washed. We are unable to accept the return due to the unsatisfactory state of the item(s).
Items can only be returned and exchanged if:
The order has been placed within the last 30 days: (30 days from day of purchase).
The original Proof of purchase (Delivery/Purchase Receipt) is produced. (Email of the receipt is fine)
The item passes our quality inspection.
The item is deemed to be damaged & not to any fault of the customer.
Is there any warranty on the items?
Credo covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under the European law. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from Credo-Uk.com.
The apparel warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Credo will repair or replace the item with an existing comparable item, if not the same item.
If you purchased the product from www.credo-uk.com, please email us at sales@credo-uk.com if you feel your damaged item qualifies under this warranty.
I ordered the wrong size and it doesn't fit! What should I do?
If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. You can follow the instructions below in our return policy. Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. You can go back and purchase what you need. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. We only refund the original price of the goods or product, not the return shipping cost.
